Hearthara volunteers aren't here to stand behind a table and watch the day happen. You're part of the people who turn an empty field into a festival, welcome thousands of guests, support small businesses and help create the moments people remember.
Some days are polished. Some days involve hauling supplies, marking fields, solving problems on the fly and laughing through the chaos. That's event life—and we wouldn't build it any other way.

A FANCY RÉSUMÉ.
You don't need festival experience to volunteer with Hearthara. We're looking for people who are dependable, kind, ready to work and willing to jump in where they're needed. We'll help you figure out the rest.
16+ TO VOLUNTEER
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. No previous event experience is required—we'll show you what you need to know.

Event days change quickly. Flexibility and a good attitude go a long way.
